Rohde & Schwarz ZVM Vector Network Analyzer, 10 MHz to 20 GHz

The R&S ZVM Network Analyzers extend the range of of the Rohde & Schwarz Network Analyzer familt to 20 GHz. Their outstanding performance in terms of speed, dynamic range and accuracy shoows already in standard applications such as S-Parameter or group delay measurments. In addition, ZVM Network Analyzers can be used for complex measurement tasks such as on frequency-converting DUTs and nonlinear measurements.

R&S ZVM Features:

  • Dynamic Range: >85 dB (IF bandwidth 10 Hz)
  • Broad frequency range: 10 Hz to 20 GHz
  • High measurement speed: <125 µs/point (normalized), <240 µs/point (fully calibrated)
  • Measurement Speed: <0.5ms/point
  • Manual calibration techniques: TOM, TRM, TRL, TNA, TOM-X, TOSM
