Sigma Systems TP781 Thermal Platform (Hot/Cold Plate), Cryogenic

 

The TP781 is an extremely efficient thermal platform for testing individual units and small batches of units at programmed ramp rates up to 82.8°C per minute. The TP781 Hot/Cold plate is suitable for testing small surface mounted assemblies using a minimum amount of bench space and power.  The utmost attention has been paid to minimizing the bench top space required by the TP781 while providing quiet and durable operation.
