Sigma Systems TP316MM Thermal Platform (Hot/Cold Plate), Mechanical

 

The TP316M is a mechanically cooled thermal platform which is ideal for long testing periods where rapid ramp rates are not required or where the use of cryogenic coolant is inappropriate.  The "remote" cooling unit is ideal for clean room or where the quietest working environment is desired.
