Tektronix SD46 Optical to Electrical Converter, 1200nm to 1650 nm

Tektronix SD46; 20GHz Bandwidth; 1100 to 1650nm wavelength; Connectors: FC/PC input, 2.92mm (K) output. For use with the CSA803A/11801B. Linear up to 25nW peak input with a calibrated deflection factor from 50µW/div. to 5mW/div at 1300nW.

Tektronix SD-46 Features:

  • DC to 20 GHz bandwidth
  • <28.5 ps optical impulse response (FWHM) with the SD-24 and SD-26.
  • 1200 nm to 1650 nm Spectral Response
  • Mean optical power monitor function
