HP/Agilent E5351A 34-Ch Single-Ended Unterminated Mictor Connector, Connects to 40-Pin LA Cable

The Agilent E5351A 38-Pin Adapter Cable provides a convenient and easy way to connect an Agilent logic analyzer to your target system. With difficult packages to probe such as BGA and TQFP, the E5351A provides an alternative to directly probing the chip.
The E5351A provides a high density connection to route your important signals to the logic analyzer. Simply design the AMP Mictor connectors onto the board for the critical signals you need. This process consumes a minimal amount of board space.

HP/Agilent E5351A Features

  • Provides 32 channels of logic analysis per connector with two clocks
  • 3.0 pF equivalent load capacitance
  • Equivalent to the logic analyzer data rate the probe is attached to
  • Measure signals with as little as 500 mV p-p signal amplitude
  • Provides convenient, reliable connection to target through Mictor connector
  • Mictor connector is easy to incorporate into your design, Agilent number 1252-7431 or AMP number 2-767004-2
  • Requires designing probe terminations into the target
  • Can be used with support shroud
