This module is a data generator front end. 675 MHz, RZ/NRZ, single channel, differential, variable transition times, 3.5 Vpp. For use with the E4832A Data Generator/Analyzer module.

  • Data output: differential
  • Amplitude: 0.1 to 3.5V pp
  • Variable Transition Time Range (10%-90%): 0.5 to 4.5ns
  • Jitter, data mode: <100ps pp (80ps typ)
  • Jitter, clock mode: 8ps, rms typ
