The Agilent 85105A millimeter-wave controller contains RF, LO, and IF amplifiers and switches required for millimeter-wave network analyzer systems. Any pair of Agilent 85104A test set modules connect directly to the Agilent 85105A millimeter-wave controller for S-parameter millimeter-wave measurement capability.
