HP/Agilent 8471E Planar-Doped Barrier Diode Detector, 10 MHz to 12 GHz

The Agilent 8471E is a low-cost, planar-doped barrier detector offering excellent performance from 10 MHz to 12 GHz. It has an SMA male input connector and an SMC male output connector.

  • Low Level Sensitivity: > 0.5 mV/µW
  • Maximum Operating Input Power: 200 mW
  • Typical Short-term Maximum Input Power (< 1 minute): 0.7 W
