HP/Agilent 71452B Optical Spectrum Analyzer

The 71452B Optical Spectrum Analyzer Module is designed for use with the 70000 series Modular Measurement System (MMS). It is a mainframe system with a color display. The unit is a diffraction grating based spectrum analyzer that provides spectral measurements of optical power versus wavelength. Displays light amplitude versus wavelength over the 600 to 1700 nm range. Sweeps 40nm in 50ms and entire range in 500 ms. Fully variable spans with full control over sweep speeds, sensitivity and resolution. Choice of manual or fully automatic mode. S/N Measurement: CW, ±.18dB; Pulse Mode, ±.29dB. Polarization Dependence: 1300-1320nm,±.125dB ; 1542-1562nm,±.05dB
