HP/Agilent 6614C 50 Watt System Power Supply, 100V, 0.5A

The Agilent 6614C System dc Power Supply is an ideal power source for demanding production test applications. This dc power supply offers high performance and precision measurements in a one-box solution. To reduce test-system development time and provide precision testing, the 6614C provides current measurement down to the microamp level. The 6614C also provides high-speed programming with under 4 millisecond response time.
