HP/Agilent 54750A High-Bandwidth Digitizing OscilloscopeThe Agilent 54750A high-bandwidth digitizing oscilloscope offers the highest throughput and richest feature set in the industry. An engineer's time is maximized by more than 50 built-in parametric measurements. Fast acquisition and processing provides exceptional speed in both front panel operation and in automated test systems controlled by computers. The 20-GHz or 50-GHz bandwidth and the low-noise specifications allow very precise measurements on low-level, high-speed signals. Timebase stability, accuracy, and resolution allow characterization of jitter in the most demanding applications. The Agilent 54750A is a modular system.
