HP/Agilent 5342A Frequency Counter 500MHz-18GHz

The 5342A provides automatic frequency measurement of signals in the range of 10 Hz to 18 GHz, with a basic sensitivity of -25 dBm. Signals in the range of 10 Hz to 500 MHz are counted directly, while the frequency range of 500 MHz to 18 GHz are down-converted to an IF. HPs unique conversion technique make the 5342A very sensitive and FM tolerant. The 5342A presents information on an 11-digit display. Option 002 adds the ability to to measure and display the input power level in dBm. The display presents amplitude measurement to 0.1 dBm resolution.
