HP/Agilent 4352A VCO/PLL Signal AnalyzerThe 4352A is normally used with a low noise signal generator to make up a 4352S test system. This system can evaluate the characteristics of VCOs and PLLs that are essential to designing local oscillators used in RF wireless communications equipment. This system can operate in either Signal Analyzer or VCO tester modes up to 3 GHz. The HP 4352A provides and controls all of the signals (DC control voltage, DC power and 1 kHz modulation) that are required to test the VCO/PLL. |  |
