HP/Agilent 4291A RF Impedance/Material Analyzer

The HP/Agilent 4291A uses a direct current-voltage measurement technique, opposing the reflection measurement technique, for more accurate impedance measurement over wide impedance range. A 1.8m error-less cable connects the HP/Agilent 4291A analyzer to a test station so you can extend your test point away from the analyzer without losing accuracy. Advanced calibration and error compensation function eliminate measurement error factors in fixtures and assure high accuracy and repeatability at DUT/MUT.

HP/Agilent 4291A Features:

  • Basic accuracy of 0.8%
  • Internal generator sweeps from 1 MHz to 1.8 GHz with 1 mHz resolution
  • Gain-Phase measurements include amplitude, phase, and group delay
  • Impedance measurements include |Z|, |Y|, phase, R, X, G, B, Lp, Ls, Cp, Cs, D, Q, deviation, and deviation %
  • DC bias to ±35 V
  • GPIB
