HP/Agilent 41425A Analog/Feedback Unit

The HP/Agilent 41425A Analog/Feedback Unit is designed for use with the HP/Agilent 4142B Modular DC Source/Monitor Mainframe. The 41425A is a Analog/Feedback Unit which occupies 1 slot in the 4142B. The 41425A controls the output voltage of one SMU and set the monitor value of another SMU to the specified value

HP/Agilent 41425A Features:

  • Bipolar transistor hFE measurement at the specified collector voltage and collector current.
  • MOSFET Vth measurement at the specified drain voltage and drain current.
