HP/Agilent 16755A Timing and State Module

The Agilent 16755A state and timing analysis module with 16M memory, delivers the performance and capabilities you need to debug and validate digital systems using today's new high-speed system interconnects. The innovative "eye scan" mode in the 16755A enables you to examine eye diagrams and buses, on multiple circuit nodes simultaneously, for a rapid, comprehensive view of signal integrity. Another feature, "eye finder" automatically adjusts the position of the data valid window on every channel independently, ensuring the most reliable data capture on high-speed interconnects and buses.

HP/Agilent 16755A Features

  • "Eye scan" feature saves you time and gives you confidence by measuring eye diagrams on hundreds of channels simultaneously without having to move probes
  • 4 GHz "timing zoom", (simultaneous timing analysis on all channels), with 64 K memory for unprecedented time coverage of high-resolution timing measurements
  • "Eye finder" feature automatically adjusts data valid window position on each channel with ps resolution
