HP/Agilent 16752A 400 MHz State, 2 GHz Timing, 68 Channel Logic Analyzer Module with 32M Memory

The Agilent 16752A logic analyis module has been discontinued and is replaced by the 16752B. Features and specifications of the 16752B are identical to the 16752A. 16752A and 16752B modules can be combined in multi-module sets. 16752A data and configuration files are compatible with the 16752B.

  • Eye Finder automatically adjusts setup and hold for highest confidence in measurements on high-speed buses.
