HP/Agilent 16044A SMD LCR Kelvin Contact Test Fixture

The Agilent 16044A is designed for impedance evaluations of low impedance SMD of up to 10MHz. The minimum SMD size that this fixture is adapted to evaluate is 1.6(L)x0.8(W)[mm]. The Agilent 16044A has a Kelvin (4-Terminal) contact, which ensures repeatable measurements. It is also equipped with a mechanism for easily performing open and short compensation.
