HP/Agilent 11848A - 201 Phase Noise Interface

The HP 11848A Phase Noise Interface component of the 3048A system for measurements of carriers from 5 MHz to 1.6 GHz. Includes option 201 that extends the input to the interface to 18 GHz without the use of a downconverter.
